Where We Ship
We currently ship to the Netherlands and the United States.
Shipping Times
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery Time: Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 7–16 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as customs or carrier delays.

Shipping Fee: $5.95
Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $50 USD
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your package at any time.
Customs & Possible Delays
International shipments may occasionally experience delays due to customs procedures. While this is outside our control, we actively monitor all shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Missing or Lost Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact us within 10 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, we cannot process claims after this period.

Address Changes
We process orders quickly. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, changes may not be possible.
