You may request a return within 14 days from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

For customers in the United States, the estimated delivery time is 4–12 business days.
